Beauty Bloom wants customers to feel confident when shopping on the website. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, returns, and order issues are handled in a simple and clear way.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Beauty Bloom should be contacted within 7 days of delivery. Please include the order number and a photo of the issue so the problem can be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered. Once the issue is reviewed, Beauty Bloom will decide the most appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Because personal care and beauty products are used on the body, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective. If a product is unopened and in its original condition, a return request may be considered within 14 days of delivery.

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Beauty Bloom or a damaged or defective item.

Orders cannot always be canceled once they have been placed because processing may begin quickly. If a cancellation is needed, Beauty Bloom should be contacted as soon as possible, and cancellation requests will be handled if the order has not already been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the payment provider or bank to post the refund to the account.
